I have never had such a wonderful experience with an Airbnb stay or host. Anna and her family are the kindest most genuine people, and the property was the most magical experience of our whole time in Italy. From the horses and tree house to the fresh cherries hand picked, her mother's homemade jam and Lemoncello, collecting eggs with the children, and the absolutely GORGEOUS traditional trullo homes, completely refurbished and with every stylish and modern amenity you could dream of. I can't say enough about what a magical and connected experience it was to stay here for our family of four. My daughters, my husband and I never wanted to leave! And the town of Cisternino is the heart of southern Italy...just fantastic!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Anna’s place. The Trullo was beautiful inside and out, it has been renovated to a really high standard, everything was clean, cosy and comfortable. On colder days and nights it was warm and welcoming but nice and cool in hot weather. The location is great, just a few minutes from Cisternino with many nice restaurants and cafes. It’s the perfect base to explore Puglia. Anna was a brilliant host, she made many suggestions and recommendations for things to do in the local area. We did a cooking class with her sister, Veronica, in the next door kitchen which we highly recommend! We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you!

There are not enough good things to say about our stay in Anna’s trullo. I’ve been dreaming of this ever since the first time I saw a photo of a trullo, and I think we made the perfect choice of where to stay. All communications with Anna were easy - she was unfailingly prompt, personal and professional. The space itself is just lovely and the location ideal for wandering around beautiful Puglia, which is filled with charming towns and incredible food. We had one of our adult daughters with us for the first couple of nights at the trullo, and it was quite comfortable for the three of us. The highlight of our visit was the amazing cooking class we took with Anna’s sister, who made four appetizers, two courses and a dessert with us in her excellent kitchen. It was tremendous fun and Anna joined us - lots of laughter and learning. We were delighted to meet Anna’s mother on our last day, and it was easy to see where her daughters get their charm. The countryside around the trullo made for lovely walks. Altogether, it was a wonderful vacation.

This is an outstanding place to stay. We stayed here with our daughter and our friend from Milan. Firstly it is beautifully located in the countryside outside the charming town of Cisternino and there are so many beautiful towns you can visit within less than an hour. We visited Martina Franca, Locorontondo, Bari, Ostuni, Pogliano al Mare. We also went on a lovely country walk along the bike path that goes along an old aqueduct (Website hidden by Airbnb) and then to an interesting garden - Giardini di Pomona - where they are preserving biodiversity of fruit trees (they have over 600 varieties of fig tree). Secondly it is very aesthetically pleasing and really well equipped for cooking. Anna provides cooking basics such as olive oil and even a few onions, as well as butter, juice and milk and some breakfast food. Thirdly, Anna is a very thoughtful and helpful host. It snowed when we were there and she kindly advised us to park up the hill so we would be able to get out. The trullo is really well heated so we were never cold (in fact we turned the temperature down) even during the unexpected cold snap. This is a beautiful part of Puglia to visit and I really recommend you stay in one of Anna's trulli!

Look no further, this trullo is a beautiful piece of Heaven! The family has olive trees and horses and it's a beautiful image of the agricultural aspect of Italy. The trullo is perfectly maintained and you will even have fun on the drive to the location - the entire region is known for the trulli and there are thousands of olive trees and other wildlife to be seen! Anna welcomed us and explained a few facts about how the trullo was built, provided us with a few breakfast items, and showed us where the downtown shops were. She was an excellent communicator. If my husband and I ever get a chance to come back to Italy, we will keep this trullo in mind for booking again. We had an amazing experience!

Our stay at Anna’s gorgeous newly renovated Trullo Arancio was the highlight of our 2 month trip around Europe. Ana and her family are exceptional hosts - passionate, always smiling and extremely hard working! It was such a pleasure meeting them all - we loved our cooking class with Anna’s sister and Anna also organised a fabulous massage for our last nights stay. The trullo is perfect for a couple with a wonderful large private and sunny terrace, a large very comfortable bed (with 4 pillows!!) and a kitchen well equipped if you want to cook! The location is absolutely perfect to visit the neighbouring towns and in 6 nights we visited Cisternino, Alberobello, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Lecce, Matera and Locorotondo. We also visited Matera (rock village) and Grottaglie (ceramics) which were a little longer drives. Next time we just want to stay at the trullo for a month and relax!!! The neighbouring countryside is gorgeous so enjoy it too! 6 nights was definitely not long enough- you can easily spend 1-2 weeks here and longer if you have the time!! Thank you Ana for an incredible end to our holiday!!
Your wonderful hospitality ( all of you!) makes a stay at your Trullo’s a very special experience. Having worked in Tourism for 20 years it is so wonderful to meet such passionate tourism operators who truly know the meaning of providing an exceptional tourism experience EVERY day!! We have met so many lovely Air BnB hosts but you guys too the list!!

We can't recommend this stay enough!! The Trulli is so peaceful and everything about our stay was perfect. We woke to the sounds of birds chirping and horses braying. Our girls especially loved the tree house in the beautiful old olive tree next to the Trulli. Inside the Trulli was perfect, homely, comfortable, decorated beautifully with a mix of antique pieces. This was our favorite stay on our 6 week Europe vacation. We enjoyed breakfast each morning under the canopy of a grape vine pergola. We arranged a cooking class for our two young daughters (and ourselves) and we learned to make fresh orecchiette pasta, foccacia, meatballs, a delicious batter to coat vegetables using fresh produce from the family's garden. Anna's family live just up the road. Be sure to book a cooking class with Veronica (Anna's sister) and ask to try Tonia's limoncello!! (Anna's mother). Tonia also makes one from mandarin and some others with herbs. If you have young children they might like to see Marco's menagerie (Anna's father) of birds, chickens, guinea pigs a peacock and a porcupine!! (our favourite). If you're lucky you might also catch a baby bird or chicken hatching like we did! You can also buy a bottle of their olive oil, home made from the trees on their farm. We are leaving with much heavier bags!! and very full hearts, we have already recommended all our families visit and we know this will not be our last stay here!! Tthe surrounding areas are beautiful also, there are some lovely places all very easy day visits. Aroberobello 20mins away, Ostuni (the old town), the beaches near Ostuni and along that coast are lovely. The little old town of Cisternino with it's white walled buildings is wonderful too, and it was much less busy with tourists than all the others. We found the people in the south of Italy to be warm, friendly and open. The north was very touristy and busy, whereas our stay in the south was much more peaceful and traditional. We LOVED it!! Highly recommend this stay!!

This is an amazing house and one of the best experience we ever had while traveling. The house was perfect for us, has everything we need. My wife loves that peaceful feeling and quietness living in the country site. My son loves the tree house, the swing, the horse, the and the dog that live there. Although some of the review suggested renting a car in order to stay here however we managed not to but still enjoys the same. I really like the walking in the dark from Cisternino to the house that we did on one occasion. I discovered an application by the name of 'rome2rio' which is very helpful with the public transportation. On top of all that, the host Anna and her family was absolutely the best host we ever had so far in our 4 years of using Airbnb. They are very kind, courteous and very warm people. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. There are lots nice thing the host did for us that will be too long to mention and to sum it all I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone anytime.

Fabulous trullo! Wonderful owners- very attentive, super easy to communicate with ( Anna has perfect English, and lives next to the trullo). Amazing location in countryside/rolling hills outside Cisternino - 10 min drive. Car is essential! Two apartments in the same house- we rented the smaller one, perfect for a couple. Very spacious. Separate bedroom with double bed, great sitting room with dining table and comfy sofa. Very good kitchen- great pots and pans! Good bathroom though shower cubicle is a bit cramped, and definitely not good for very big/large people. Great water pressure. Private sitting areas in front and back- table and chairs in both. No air conditioning. Apartment can be aired out brilliantly by leaving both frontvand back doors open. Nice draft! We stayed in Aug. Cooled off nicely at night. The other, larger (2 bedroom) apartment is completely amazing: beautiful vine covered pergola with a view, lovely big kitchen, bathroom with bath, lovely garden/ patio. Area is perfect for sightseeing and beach! Anna has great restaurant recommendations! Great food market on Monday mornings in Cisternino.

“Enjoying the heart of Puglia”
My wife and I were attracted to Puglia in late February because of its unique character, cuisine, wines, the low tourism season, and its famous trulli. I Sette Coni offered an ideal base from which to explore...on foot and by car...this magical region of Italy. Cisternino, minutes away, is a delightful "hill town" with its medieval Centro Storico. Appealing Adriatic beaches are also nearby.
But best of all, Anna Zizzi and her charming parents are perfect hosts, insuring that their two trulli "apartments" provide the comfort and convenience expected by experienced travelers. The kitchen is more than adequate for preparing meals from locally acquired produce. The bed is comfortable and the fine fireplace keeps the main room cozy on a cold night. Although the shower stall is small, hot water is plentiful and the bathroom is spotless and functional. I Sette Coni is on a farm in a rural setting, the surrounding grounds are beautiful, and patios front and back are enticing areas for breakfast, lunch or for enjoying drinks at sunset. Multilingual Anna offers invaluable advice to her guests...something certain to enhance the enjoyment of her guests.
Advise on the rooms: One apartment has one bedroom; the other has two...making it ideal for a family with children.

"Excellent"
Went to Puglia on a short break from Rome. The accommodation as exactly as described, beautiful property, well appointed everything you would need to self cater should you choose to do so. The owners daughter met us in Cisternino and guided us to the property otherwise it would have been hard to find without prior knowledge. Once there the drive back into Cisternino was easy enough and only takes about 5 minutes. Wifi is fast and reliable, property is soundproof, there is lots of outside terrace to sit/eat on. I would recommend it to anyone. Pets are welcome.

“Fairyland in Fruit”
It was the first time after years that we managed to totally detach from hectic overcharged everyday life. Which is miraculous. On our arrival at I Sette Coni, we were not only overwhelmed by its fairytale beauty with its magical perfumes spreading from the gardens, but were literally drawn into a dimension of peace. A dimension where time seems to have stopped ticking. Or ticking very slowly. Or gently, according to nature's pace. Which, of course, is also thanks to the owners' most generous friendliness and hospitality: Anna, the gentle helpful manager, her mother Tonia, the domestic energy (of joy), and Anna's father Marco, the ever-smiling all-around hard worker; all three of them lovely people with true genuine values of life.
We (family with two children, 13 and 11) love cooking (the kitchen's well equipped). And what is more: eating. The region produces delicious fruit and vegetables, and so do the gardens of I Sette Coni: so we enjoyed their grapes, Indian figs, wild peaches, figs and tomatoes. Not only: Marco's white wine is exceptionally good. Very good! It's genuine wine. (And if, in spite of his long long working hours, you are lucky enough to be able to drink a glass of wine or a cup of coffee with Marco, you'll discover that he is a grand storyteller, too!) The landscape is beautifully peaceful, too. And from the trullo it only takes about half an hour to get to the sands (we can recommend Bar Morelli or Torre Guaceto), and a ten-minute drive to beautiful town Cisternino for shopping (and strolling around).
Several months have already passed since our stay at this marvellous trullo, but we'll never ever forget the many many beautiful moments and timeless hours spending on the veranda, either reading, observing migrating birds, funny cats and dogs (and the darling horse!), eating fruit or drinking coffee. This is fairyland. And we'll definitely return.

"Ooooooh, what a wonderful and welcoming place!"
We loved Annas trullo, the sunny terrace with all the colorful springflowers and the silence of the nature so much! The house is perfectly equipped. Also Anna and her mother Tonia have contributed to make our stay a perfect holiday. They were so nice and hospitable! It's obvious that the really want their guests to enjoy their stay and have everything they need - perfect hosts.
We stayed in the trullo for one week at the beginning of may. The house always had a comfortable climate and we slept very well in the beautiful sleeping room. Every morning the sun greeted us through the curtains of the terrace door :-)
The location is a great starting point for many places to see in Apulia. It was a nice experience to visit the farmer's market in Cisternino, which takes place every monday morning. Further highlights were Ostuni, Castel del Monte, Matera and a quick bath in the sea.
Thank you so much, Anna and Tonia! Your trullo and your hospitality were amazing! Speriamo di rivedervi!

"Charming vacation"
A charmingly landscaped, lovingly restored trullo set in a peaceful, hilly farming community just outside of Cisternino. Yet its convenient location made traveling by car to Alberobello, Martina Franca, Ostuni and beyond quite easy. Anna and her mother, Tonia, are very friendly, welcoming hosts who helped to show us our trullo and provided homemade pastry and jam, along with coffee, juice, milk for our morning breakfast. The dinner we had at the nearby Ristorante Sant'Anna in Cisternino, was our favorite in our entire two-week tour of southern Italy.
Anna is very knowledgeable about the area, and the history of the trulli. She and her mother shared 'before and after' photos of the restoration of theirs. The trullo is very clean and well-stocked for cooking. Early April was a beautiful time of year to visit with flowering almond and peach trees, iris in bloom and the warmth of the sun on our faces as we sat on our private terrace.

"What a perfect place to stay!!!!"
We are already scheming to get the entire family here! It was so relaxing, picturesque and the Zizzi family was INCREDIBLY hospitable. Bringing homemade treats almost daily. The kitchen was stocked for breakfast so we didn't have to go out if we didn't want to. A little warning of surrounding towns (after our stay in Venice and bigger cities) this town seriously closes down between 3-8p we were hard pressed to find food between those times. There is breathtaking natural beauty all over and beautiful quaint towns to explore and beaches not far. If you make it to Martina Franka GO to a restaurant called Sofia our best dining experience in all of Italy!!!!!

We have decided to come to Puglia quite spontaneous, basically we needed to find accommodation very quickly, with Anna everything was arranged super fast, she replied on our request very quickly. Anna and her mother - Antonia are really friendly and nice, very punctual and helpful, perfect hosts! The house itself is amazing, very clean, perfectly equipped, bright, specious (we were 2 couples and house has 2 separate bedrooms) and cozy + it has fantastic view! Location is great, if you want to enjoy calm days, surrounded by nature - this is the must. It is well connected with a neighbouring cities, where you can find shops, bars, restaurants etc.

It was a great experience waking up in the middle of this beautiful land, expecially since we arrived at night !
It is very calm and yet not that far from Cisternino where you can find everything you need to enjoy the night. We recommend Martina Franca for sightseeing, and a little further Torre Guaceto for the see!
The Trullo is clean and pretty and keeps quite cool inside even though it is hot outside.
The Zizzi's are a very welcoming family and Tonia's cuisine is realy good. You also might want to ask Marco to taste his wine...
We higly recommend this place if you want to rest far form tourists and yet not to be far from everything.

"I would definitely come back again!"
I would definitely come back again!

"Great experience"
